Job Description

  1. Title: Service and Installation In-charge
    • Install new products and test them to ensure the functioning.
    • Coordination with team to provide immediate solution to customer queries.
    • Perform maintenance and provide customer supports.
    • Coordination with customers to Diagnose the problems and come up with solutions to rectify the problems.
    • Documentation of service reports after every service/installation.
    • Responds to service request through call, WhatsApp, email etc. and provide solution immediately.
    • On site visit for service/ Installation may require some time.
    • Investigate problems, analyse root causes, and derive resolutions.
