Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

· Send quotations, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, emails and any other type of communication to the dealers and customers.

· To interact with distributors on a regular basis and build up relationship with them through telephone, email, Skype or Whatsapp communication.

· To be ready to interact with or respond to queries even after office hours in case of emergencies.

· To enter company and product details in various online sales platforms and be proficient in using them for enhancing the sales or visibility of the company’s products and services.

· Be totally committed to interacting with sales leads and dealers.

· Follow up with dealers and customers for new orders on regular basis

· To assist in any purchase activity concerned with out of India suppliers.

Required skills
