Job Description

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial statements.

Financial Analysis: Prepare financial reports and statements, analyze financial data, and provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Payroll Processing: Process payroll, including calculating employee salaries, deductions, and taxes.

Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.

Expense Management: Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.

Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes as needed.

Required skills
