Job Description

Part 1 : Writing work

As an immigration practice firm, part of our job involves crafting cover letters and testimonials for our clients. This position would be responsible for writing these letters, using a pre-existing template as a starting point but personalizing the content based on each client’s individual case details. Although we will provide basic templates, there will be cases in which the employee will need to further enhance the materials with client-specific information. Additionally, since client inputs are often only 1-2 lines, the employee must be able to expand on those inputs and write a comprehensive letter or paragraph.

You will get paid subscription of ChatGPT to assist you in this work. Using ChatGPT will cut down the time required for each letter significantly.

Occasionally you will be required to interact with the client (On WhatsApp, email) to clarify doubts if any about material to be written.

Proofreading and editing to ensure high editorial standards.

This position requires consistent and repetitive writing of a specific type of document. If you are seeking diverse and creative writing opportunities, this job may not align with your interests and skillset.

Part 2 : Analysis of sales calls

In this job, one of your responsibilities is to assess the quality of video and telephone calls made by our sales team. We have a team of four individuals who frequently engage with clients through these calls. It’s essential to perform regular checks because if we neglect this aspect, there may be issues with the way these calls are conducted.

In the second part of your role, you will review all the video and some of the telephone calls made by our sales team. You’ll then document your analysis in our system. There is a standardized questionnaire for each telephone and Zoom call. While reviewing, you’ll take note of any errors in the presentation and the timestamps when these errors occur. This is your primary task.

In your daily routine, you can expect to listen to approximately two video calls, each lasting 20 to 30 minutes, and around 8 to 10 telephone calls, each lasting 5 to 6 minutes.

Requirements:

At least 1 years of English writing experience.

School education in English language is essential

Good in writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.

Other points to note

Due to confidentiality of work, working from home is not possible. You will need to be present in the office for the same.

The position is open for college going students also, who want to work on a part time basis.
