Job Description

Role Overview: As a Digital Marketer at HealthiFam, you will play a important role in driving our digital marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our health card services. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute initiatives that will enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Generate engaging and informative content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, whatapp and website, to attract and retain users.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and curating relevant content, running ad campaigns, and engaging with our audience.

Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, onboard new users, and keep existing users informed about our services and updates.

SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising (SEM) campaigns to improve our online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and generate reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.

User Engagement: Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure excellent user experiences and gather insights to enhance our services.
