Job Description

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, handling phone calls, emails, and other communications, and preparing sales reports.

· Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring that customer needs are met and resolved in a professional and timely manner.

· Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant information, and assist in tracking sales activities.

· Assist with sales presentations, collateral creation, and market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.

· Serve as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments within the company to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

· Prepare sales quotations and proposals for potential clients, ensuring accuracy and customisation to customer needs
