Job Description

● Conduct door-to-door prospecting and cold-calling to identify and approach potential

clients, including e-commerce retailers, local businesses, and MSMEs.

● Present PiE KART’s services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and cost

savings of shared deliveries.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and

providing exceptional customer service.

● Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to implement sales strategies, achieve

individual and team targets, and contribute to overall revenue goals.

● Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events to generate leads

and increase brand awareness.

● Gather market intelligence, understand customer needs, and provide feedback to the

sales team to refine sales strategies.

● Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to

maintain a competitive edge.

● Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and maintain proper

documentation of customer interactions.

● Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and contribute to the overall success of the

sales team.

 

Required skills

Excel Freshers with a passion for sales MS-Office Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
